I installed "everything" with a "custom" install type and it _is_ there.
Just insert the third CD, mount it and you'll be able to install it with
rpm -U /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/sharutils-4.2.1-12.i386.rpm
Or maybe some of the new redhat-config-packages GUI-stuff will be able to do
it also.
