It was the admin list, actually. And I think the irritating thing was that a
message was always sent, even for successful builds.

I disagree. Anywhere else, and it will be ignored. Remember, we're talking
about breaking the build. If we do that, it should be annoying, so that we get
off our duffs and fix it.
