Ok, so you are talking about third-party source code, not changes to any
net-snmp code.

We will help in exactly the same way. That is, questions about third part code
will be re-directed to the author of the code, and if someone were to
contribute an appropriately licensed php module, we'd be likely to include it.
And it would get development and bug fixes as interested parties submitted
them.

Remember, this is an open-source package, and we are all volunteers. The PERL
module came into existence because someone contributed it, and it is maintained
because some of the developers actually use it. So until someone needs to do
PHP, things are likely to remain as is.
