Another question I have is that under the licensing terms of NetSNMP is it fine for me to distribute a locally made binary package? After reading the copyright it appears I can, provided that I abide my the terms laid out. And these terms essentially emphasize carrying the 'no liability' statements of the institutions that have contributed to the code.
