I installed strawberryperl.
I tried:
D:\public\net-snmp-5.6.1\perl>perl makehtml.pl -W mpbcRMH-MIB.mib > m.html
No errors but creates a 'm.html' with size 0?!?
Any hints?

perl on windows. It tends to play nicer with cpan.
