That's not part of the HTML 4 specification </SMARTASS MODE OFF>, but I'm
working on that.  The ultra-limited Amiga font engine is a major drawback
in that respect.

There are server side scripts which rely on the reply to be in the same
order then the form elements, which isn't specified anywhere (lame
coding). V 2.95 sends <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN> out of sequence, which
confuses some lame scripts. I've "fixed" it anyway a few betas
ago.
