Of those, V 2.95 does support
a) the frames related tags
b) the table body divider related tags (although they are
advisory)
c) the table cell spanning tags
V 2.95 does NOT support
a) the script embedding related tags (as no script
language is support as of 2.95)
b) the plugin embedding tags (the plugin API in V2.95
is too limited for this, although I should have
supported <OBJECT> for PNG embedding)
A few of the rendering advisory tags are plainly ignored,
although this is argubly legal due to the spec.
