Except CSS, which none of them support :(
There doesn't appear to be much difference between 3.2 and 4.0 apart
from CSS and making frames official. It was more of a tidy up of the
mess that 3.x had become.

And it works. I'm sure <div align=center> didn't work in V when I was
doing the CU site. It's a good thing I only said it in a private phone
call and not on the net, otherwise everyone would be privy to this
conversation :)
