Hi
I'm using free4all and have had the same problem in the past on the
odd occasion. You didn't mention what tel phone number you were using
because they have set up a new one. However both should still be
working. I havent had the problem recently but I was told once that it
was because they had to 'reset' their mail sender or something of that
nature. Try ringing them up as they give a good customer service and
support amigas!.

Their web page also gives current information about the network which
can be found on www.free4all.co.uk as you probably know already..:-)
