This is unfortunately no longer true :(
Emails to users outside Free4all can currently take days to be delivered,
which is of course not acceptable to us or our users.

This is true, and we are currently in contact with the authors of our mail
server software to try and find out why it has reacted so badly to being moved
to a higher spec machine.
