We are unfortunately experiencing a problem with a bug in our mail server
software. This sometimes means the POP3 server is unavailable, and an error 61
(connection refused) occurs. It can also mean email can take several hours to
be delivered.

This does not effect outgoing email, and we are having no problems with this
service at the moment.

We are trying to track down the problem, and fix it as soon as possbile.
