[netconnect] Archive error in V=?iso-8859-1?q?=B3?= update(31/10/99)

Hi everyone,


  Just to inform you all of a small error. Have downloaded 
"v3 prerelease5 311099.lzx" and got a little error requester when I
tried to run the program. It seems that the updated library that it
needs is not in the archive! :-(

  Apparently it requires v13 of vapor__toolkit.library, but only v12.8
is included. Can someone who has the correct one mail it to me please?
