With the newer mFTP you should open up the application, select the profile
you want to connect with, then select "Edit..." before you connect. Change
the "Single Pane" to "Double Pane" (I'm at work, and can't remember the
exact name, but it should be obvious), then connect. You should have an
AmFTP type display now, with you local drives on the left hand side of the
screen, and the FTP site on the right hand side. You can now drag'n'drop
files across. Double clicking on a file opens it in "View" mode, and I'm
unsure of how an archive will be handled. On NC2, it should be handled by
X-Arc, but on NC3 I don't know (yet). Copying the archive to your local
drive and dearchiving from there is easiest.
