You'll be lucky to get a domestic phoneline anywhere near that.

As you are on the NetConnect list; 

Run 'GenesisPrefs';
Select Modems/TAs, in the window to the right of the list you should see
listed the modem you chose when you ran the 'wizard', double click it or choose 'Edit'.
Click once to bring the 'Device' page to the front
Via the 'Device' string gadget, enter the name of the device you wish to use; remember
that it is case sensitive, or use the lister button.
Then 'Okay' your way out of the page and save the settings on the main page.
