Now I'm in the year 100 it's left me well & truly stuffed!
I'm using MicrodotII v.1.1 which I got with my NC2 package.
I downloaded v1.4, but it said I needed Cmanager.library v10 (I have v2.1)
& a search for v10 proved unsuccessful.
It also said I needed Cmanager.mcc v13.1 (I have v.13.5 which surely should
be ok??)
I also seem to remember reading somewhere that versions of MdII less than
1.2 need a new keyfile, but without the correct versions of Cmanager.library
& Cmanager.mcc I didn't get that far, so I'll never know!
Up to now, I had all my programs on NC2 working ok, & I'm reluctant to mess
with it too much in case I muck it up!
Surely somone has a solution to the year 100 thing!!!!!
For heavens sake, this sort of foolish bug should never happen. Aren't
programmers supposed to be complete smart-arses allowing for every
possibility. (I once had to write a program to calculate the day, when
given a date, & I even made it take into account the fact that the 4th to
the 15th October 1582 didn't exist, due to the change over to the Gregorian
calendar. If only other people paid that much attention to detail!)
