You should be using MD-II 1.3, as it was one of several MD-II updates
since 1.1. Check the support section at http://www.active-net.co.uk.

You also need either a) an MD-II keyfile or b) NC3 installed. If you
still only have NC2, then it's time to upgrade.

There has been no comment regarding any NC2 stuff. Seems to me like
the releases have dried up, as there haven't been any since February
of last year. The Y2K bug inherent in versions below 1.4.4 has been
brought to the attention of the various lists, so now the ball is in
their court. After all, NC3 has been out for best part of three
months now...
We had to wait until we had NC-specific releases under NC2, so this is
no exception. I don't think that this one is going to happen. Don't
take my word for it though - wait and see if Olli or Chris comment on
the situation.
