I also agree on this one. It would show good willing on the behalf of
Active+Vapor+programmers to release MD II 1.4.x with the Y2K fix for
Netconnect users.
While there are other good reasons to upgrade NC2 to NC3, one of the
reasons should not be "upgrade to get a Y2K fix".
