I just tried & got exactly the same thing:-
*Cmanager.mcc: required v13.1, installed -: missing*
I have Cmanager.mcc v13.5.
If it's installed, how can it be missing?
This is exactly the same thing that happened when I tried (& failed) to get
the demo version to work!
