This stumped me initially - in the end I phoned Neil @ Wirenet (or
was it Chris at Active - I can't remember) and asked. Really obvious
when you think about it though.

I'm not sure on this and would like someone to clarify but my
understanding is that each user has its own unique addressbook (please
yell if I'm wrong).
However it is possible to have a global addressbook - being vague
again here as someone did tell me this but I can't remember the
specifics.
