As with all generalisations, this isn't always true. Any paid ISP that
reduces support in the face of competition, deserves to go out of
business. Support is one of the areas where paid ISPs can show a great
benefit over most free ISPs.

But your talking about Enterprise, who seem to have a policy of ignoring
mails. I sent them several and got no response from any of them.
