My research was via Computer Active Issue 46.
Demon Internet (business account) 118 setup+29 per month
Freeserve 147 setup+35 per year
There were several other ISPs included but assuming I don't go bust
very quickly Freeserve seemed the best. There may be cheaper options
but for actual business use rather than the vanity of having a domain
name in itself they would appear to be a safe option.
What option can Neil offer? If the price is somewhere even in the same
ballpark as Freeserve, I would consider Wirenet. I need a domain name,
a reasonable amount of webspace and an ordinary ISP account (I might
as well put all my eggs in one basket). I don't need any fancy website
facilities.
And what is my business? Well the net is full of people bursting to
tell you how to become a millionaire overnight. I'm not telling.
Something on the web that's never been done before is quite a feat.
