http://mider.netmind.com watches webpages and sends html mail of the page
when it changes so the abilty to view  is useful.

Don't know how this compares, but Yam has temporary .tmp files, I've added
.tmp to the .html filetype description in V, so it recognises .tmp as a
type of html and renders the page.
