I get an average connection speed of about 42667, and I wondered if their was
a way of calculating the optimal serial buffers? Can anybody come up with some
ball-park numbers to try.
Or is it just a case of pick a number out of the air? does it have to be
divisible by a value? and if so; what is the base number?

Is there on science to this problem?
