Yup, been a satisfied user of a Pace 56k since <SUBLIMINAL>I bought
one from Active Technologies</SUBLIMINAL>.

Don't ask me about the init strings though, my manual vanished shortly
after I moved house a couple of months later. I'm one of those
annoying people who plugged it in, installed NC and that was it..
worked out of the box :-)

For what it's worth, this is what I have listed:

 Init String: AT&F&D2\r

(not sure the significance of the C-style carriage return
escape character '\r' but thought I'd keep it in, just in case)
