Without getting back into this arguement, as I am now happily using
Yam, Aweb and Miami (good kit, BTW).

Chris Wils described himself as 'Managing Director' of Active, which
implies that it was a Ltd company; In which case the company is
disolved and you have no chance of pursuing Mssr Wiles.

I just checked with companies House (Cardiff office), and they have no
record of Active Technologies Ltd; This means that legally, the
company was called "Chris Wiles trading as Active Technologies". As
the *Sole Proprietor* he has _sole_ responsibility for any
repercussions from his trading days; CW can only remove these
responsibilities in two ways:
-Declaring himself personally bankrupt, through an insolvency hearing
or
-Dying (no, I don't wish that upon him)

BTW Chris, did you realise that using the title "MD" instead of
"proprietor" for a sole trader business is a criminal offence (under
companies registration act(rev'd 1986?), and you could be pursued by
god knows how mang gov. departments? Fool.

One last suggestion before I go back to Yam & Aweb, etc:
"Chalk this one up to experience, hope 'Chris gets his just deserves'
and buy Aweb, Miami and download Yam- they really are good!

Bye for now

Derek
