Chris, how about putting something on the website about your present
situation? I guarantee it would slow down the complaints, most of which
result because you're out of contact (seemingly); for example, your site
still lists your Darlington address, which is probably now occupied by
the Smith family, who are puzzled, but pleased with the mysterious
cheques that periodically land on their doormat ;)
