cwcom.net is free and simillar experience. I think the isp market is
becoming like lager, repetoire consumers drink both premium and regular
lager, depending on when in a session, occasion etc.

Paying is no gaurantee, I moved from enterprise to netkonect (about 15 a
month to avoid the enterprise experience) to free and good cwcom.net

It is hard to analyse internet use, reading a page while another downloads
in another window is fine, doing constant resumes on downloads is not.
Paying while you read a page or type out a comment, or paying a connect fee
just to upload that comment is really annoying!
