I work for the company that owns them, JAK Internet, in Customer Support. We
also own the 0845 ISP Free4all.

We also provide support for serveral other ISPs, and because of that, use the
name Internet Support (ISN - http://www.internet-support.net), so users of one
ISP don't know we are anything to do with another.

A few of us working there use Amigas, and the company's orignial intention was
to provide support for as many OSs as possible. We currently support Windows,
Amiga, Mac, Acorn and Linux.
