That depends. Some people are finding it a lot better. Others (like myself) are
finding that it still takes upwards of 10 attempts to connect (funny dialing tones,
wrong number style tones, almost connections that then line drop just before putting
you online.... that sort of thing.)
There's also the fact that they have now doubled their charge - �30 initial fee +
either �20, �40 or �60 service charges per year.
Your choice really.
