I agree with all you have said, and Iam getting the same error messages.
Over the past three days I have been unable to connect at all and that is
after half an hour trying, and at various times. Surfunlimited was the same
when it came out but now i can connect first time and the speeds are
excellent so it seems I have wasted money on what to me is a very
unprofessional setup, to blame the users for there inadequacies is just too
much and if I could get my money back I would be very happy, but I know this
won't happen.
