Hi!

Some of you may have wondered why the Genesis archive was removed from the
Vapor server. The reason for this is that since Genesis, like NetConnect 3
is shipped illegally with my software 'appp.device', I asked Oliver Wagner
to remove the device form the archive.

Because of occurrences, similar to many reported on this list, like not
getting an answer to my mails for weeks repeatedly and never being paid on
time, I was so annoyed that decided that I did not want to work with Chris
Wiles any longer.
So since I had enough of being told for weeks, again and again, that I would
get paid "next week" or "on friday", I told him that either he would have to
make some advance payment or not get my device for NC3. Instead of talking
Chris Wiles threatened to sell my software without paying me.

Imagine how upset I was when I found out that Chris Wiles is stealing my
software and is making money from it without my permission, absolutely
illegal!!

At first I wanted to take legal action, but after talking to a lawyer I
changed my mind, since it would be very expensive to do so. Therefore I now
make this act of software piracy public.

Chris Wiles has claimed in the past that the reason for not paying me is
that I hold back a update of the device that fixes a dialin-bug. This is
simply a lie.
a) If he wanted that update he could have gotten it months ago.
b) I don't give updates to software pirates. Everybody understands this.
c) Chris Wiles was not very willing or helpful in aiding to fix that bug or
just give me enought information about it.

Chris Wiles also claimes that my termination of the contracts was not
according to the law, this is not true, my lawyer has confirmed that it was
prefectly ok.

If you have any questions feel free to mail me. I also have all mails Chris
Wiles sent me, these confirm everything I said. If you are interested you can
get a copy and read yourself.

Thomas
