The other interesting point is that Haage are actually trying to broker a
deal, with Thomas, during the last few weeks - offering, IMHO, quite a
reasonable cash amount for previous sales and covering sales for the next 6
months. But Thomas, so far, is refusing to accept the amount and,
worryingly, Haage are starting to lose the will to carry on trying to
negotiate.
I called Jurgen Haage this morning asking if we can try and get a deal
sorted out, that suits us all - taking into account the state of the Amiga
market, that Thomas is owed money (although not as much as he thinks) and,
as worldwide distributors of NC3, Haage are in a position where they are
aware of the NC3 sales and the potential of NC3/Genesis.
I'm just hoping, and I've emailed Thomas in private about this, that we
three (Haage, myself and Thomas) can agree during the next week and finally
sort out this appp.device problem once and for all!
Chris.
