Roy Leith wrote about appp.device months ago, but MD2 decided to hang
on to it until the other day when it sent it in.  Sorry about that.

I still don't really understand whether MD2 sends all 'unanswered'
files in the spooled folder whenever one 'checks mail' or if you have
to positively transmit new stored messages.
