Thomas you were accusing us and NSDi of these sort of things all the way
back to NC 1 days! You don't trust anyone!

Indeed, wasn't it you that demanded that not only *we* pay you for
appp.device sales in NC1, that NSDi also paid you as well - so, in effect,
you wanted to be paid *twice*! This caused major hassle, at the time, with
NSDi.

Throughout the three years of knowing you, you've managed to upset me, NSDi,
Michael Neuweiler, Oliver Wagner and anyone else whose discussed business
related issues with you.

I didn't *steal* your device, I was already going to press with NC3 and,
totally out of the blue, you mailed me after the WOA show (when I was
immensely busy at the time - something you never understood!) with 'ok, I
don't want to work with you anymore'. WTF am I supposed to do?

Simply cancel NC3, remove the device? You darn well know that appp.device
was an integral part of NC3 and, there are no other ppp.devices that could
have been licensed, so I went ahead with the pressing.

The bizarre thing about the entire situation is that I cannot understand
what you intended to gain from being *out* of NC3 and Genesis, as you make
no (or very little) money from appp.device from licenses outside of NC3 and
Genesis.

ie. it's hardly as if I'm causing you to lose 'thousands of pounds' (or any
money at all!) by including the device....especially when we are stating
that we *will* pay you, via Haage.

This 'stealing my device' phrase is a nice marketing effort to make yourself
sound like you are losing cash by the device being used *without* getting
paid.

1) We will pay, via Haage - the more you fight in public, however, the less
likely this is going to happen though - your choice.

2) Again, you earn nothing, from the Amiga market, for sales of appp.device
outside of NC3 and Genesis, so if you ever went to court, to assess how much
you would have made without the piracy, I think the judge would do a major
ROTFL when he finds 90% of all money you made, was from us!

Chris.
