[netconnect] Contact Manager V1.9

Dear folk,

Has anyone had any problems with the latest version of Contact Manager
(V1.9)? I found that I could call it up from Voyager, but that it
crashed when called direct from NetConnectII (I don't use Octopus in
case it eats my software).
