Yes I have as well,  Mine don't work at all I just got a system error.  I have
had a bizarre thing happening.  I have installed the program and I still had
my old version,  This was strange and then I started to check.  I first copied
my hole Netconnect 3 to another partition if something happened then I 
would not lose or damage any part of my main program.  Then the strangest
thing happened remember this is in another partition of my hard drive.
Not only did I not have the old version intact but my data in 1.8 well is gone. 
It even altered my original copy as well,  I don't know why this is.
I don't know why this is so I thought no problem I just copy the data back
from my working version which I made a copy from.  Then I discovered that
my original version well with the exception of only two wed sites all data is
gone.  So then I thought this is strange however I can still recover my data
from my Cd's which I make backup's from H/drive to CD purposes.  
Then the strangest thing happen the CD made no difference I could not
even recover data from my CD.  The thing is before I installed the v1.9 my
data was intact as I work with getting some sites which I stored. All I can
think of is that this program have altered my system so that I can't use 
my old data how would you explain this then.
