[netconnect] Uploading to Aminet

The story so far...

I've downloaded the instructions from Aminet, have created my LHA file
and my Readme file.

How the ....... do I actually upload them to Aminet.

I've tried logging onto main.aminet.net with Voyager, but there
doesn't seem to be an uploads area.

I've tried logging onto Padeborn.de Aminet site with AmFTP in 'dual
window' mode but the local side doesn't have a "Send" button like it
does when I sign onto my own ISP.

Any ideas or suggestions from folks who have actually done this stuff
before??
