For the record, I'm happy to accept GPL v2 and am okay with the exemption
for OpenSSL linking. With respect to relicensing, I'd prefer not to 
include the 'or later' clause but would not object (option 3 on jmb's
list).
Being a wee bit pedantic, I'm happy for my small but non-zero
contributions to Messages/Templates to be licensed under GPL also,
as for the code.
