Writing NetSurf is fun.  Where it runs doesn't really come into it.
It's a hobby.  And NetSurf is already being used on other platforms
where a developer can spare the time to maintain their front end; BeOS,
AmigaOS, etc.  My interest in NetSurf stems from its size and
usefulness in embedding.  I do not use NetSurf as my day-to-day browser.

As said before, money isn't all that useful to solving the problem.
Perhaps it would if there was a developer out there who was otherwise
unemployed and wanted to do the RISC OS front end.
