You don't have to redo everything. Just make sure that you extract the
files to the primary Net-Tamer directory. You don't even need the new
USENET.FOR file since you probably already have one you got from your
own ISP. The upgrade won't overwrite the .DEF files, so nothing in your
setup should be changed.
