It means that CNBC's website requires that you use a web browser
which is FRAMES aware and FRAMES compatible -- meaning that your
browser can divide the screen into several mini-screens with separate
menus and content for each. Net-Tamer version 1.12.0 is not truly
FRAMES aware or FRAMES compatible. Version 1.08 was probably the best
version of Net-Tamer to deal with webpages that use FRAMES to display
their content.

This, of course, is minus all the ticker information that you'd
otherwise see in a FRAMES and/or javascript capable web browser.
