     It may not be a good explanation if you didn't understand part of 
it..... Step 1 is the process by which you separate a file attachment 
-- in its encoded form -- from the message to which it was attached, 
and save the file to a specific place of your choosing on disk. Step 2 
is the process for finding the file you saved to disk. The culmination 
of finding the file results in decoding. In step 2, you follow a 
menu-driven process for locating the file. (i.e. you're prompted for 
the path to the directory/subdirectory where the file was saved -- if 
not the default offered by Net-Tamer -- and then prompted to select 
the file itself from a directory listing of files in the appropriate 
directory/subdirectory) Once you have the highlightbar on the target 
file, all you need to do is press ENTER and follow Net-Tamer's 
prompts.
