Thanks for the information.
I have downloaded it. That is really a good and interesting analysis. He is
telling what I was guessing since a while. He is giving historical
informations that are difficult to find . It is an important paper for all
who do not have seen what happened since 20 years . I am thinking to young
people. Lots of people follow Bill Gates like a Guru. Lots of them think
that he invented icons and menus, TCP/IP,and many other things.
   M$ includes some features in windows for exemple
which made competing software appear buggy. M$ "has been signing exclusive
deals with for exemple Time Warner (=Universal) where IE will be required
for access to parts of there sites.
