If they have actually gotten caught at signing deals like that then
they should all go to jail.  These kinds of unethical business
practices are expressly prohibited by the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, a
federal law which outlaws the practice of business enterprises
colluding with one another for the purpose of establishing monopoly
powers and fixing prices, etc.
