Replying to myself: In making comparisons we also inadvertently mix the case of computer- computer control system, Human-computer / machine control system. In the road - vehicle example we have an intelligent human as the control element, and hence capable of correctly (mostly) taking spot decisions. Replacing a human with a computer as the decision maker on a multiple standard platform gives you M$ office2007 Google translate Bing thoroughly entertaining and mostly useless. -- Rgds JTD _______________________________________________ network mailing list [email protected] http://lists.fosscom.in/listinfo.cgi/network-fosscom.in
