Being online is a huge boon, because it becomes possible to add, for instance (using 24/7 human assisted services, for instance), translation. Discussing these things may seem OT on the face of it, but I would like to believe that the free software movement includes within it possibilities of organising business in ways that are really quite innovative, and impossible to implement in a world dominated by conventional wisdom about business.
