Absolute stonewalling! While I appreciate the creation of NRC-FOSS,
sometimes, I get the feeling that it was created for situations that
arise from questions like these. Notice how the minister says NRC-FOSS
as if that is the only answer. What about policy to help open source
compete on an equal footing? or at least issuing a guideline like the
recent US Department of Defence memo on open source?
