Hi foscomm folks should write questions to some MPs ( especially the ones whom foscomm have some contact with) and see how many NRCFOSS answers SHRI SACHIN PILOT - come up with - I guess I saw couple of questions from two left MPs in Kerala, Rajeev and Sampath - they might more interested and committed to free software . When the site was running I saw a goa congress mp asked a question in 2003 to which I said they were looking into nrcfoss being setup.
