Even though the policy is a draft one, a committee has begun work to evaluate various standards against the mandatory criteria set in the draft. Can someone familiar with GIS data formats and standards look at http://cots.nic.in/cots.tar.gz and see if GIS standards are included in the same? If so, we should point this out to the Kerala Government. Venky
