I must also add to all the FLOSS enthusiasts. You cant take floss (or doze or anything else) and dump it on someone's desk and expect it to work. There is a lot of hard work involved. The initial capital cost of FLOSS will be almost as high as closed tools, even if one were doing it in house. However that is a one time cost.
